Billing & Refunds

1. Invoices and payment

• We invoice in US dollars after the scope and price are agreed. The invoice states the amount, the due date and how to pay.
• Payment is by bank transfer (ACH or wire) to the account of Malanka LLC shown on the invoice.
• Prepayment is the default. Different terms apply only if a service agreement sets them.
• Prices exclude taxes, duties and your bank’s transfer or currency-conversion charges.
• Ongoing engagements are billed monthly unless the service agreement says otherwise.

2. Delivery

• Link placements typically go live 7–14 business days after your approval. You see the expected date for each site before you approve it.
• A placement is delivered once the link is live on the agreed site. The report shows the live URL, anchor text and domain metrics.
• Content is delivered when the agreed text is handed over.

3. Link guarantee

• If a placed link is removed or altered within 6 months of publication, we restore it or provide an equivalent replacement at no charge.
• After 6 months we still contact the publisher for you at no cost, but restoration is not guaranteed.
• The guarantee does not cover links lost because your site went offline, changed its URLs without redirects, or was penalised for reasons unrelated to our work.

4. Replacements and refunds

• Work we cannot deliver: you choose a replacement, a credit towards future work or a refund.
• A link removed within the guarantee period that we cannot restore or replace: the price of that placement is refunded.
• Delivered and accepted work is non-refundable, unless a service agreement or applicable law says otherwise.
• Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank fees on the return may be deducted.

5. Cancellations

• Before work starts: no charge, and any prepayment is refunded in full.
• During delivery: you pay for completed work and for placements already commissioned; the rest of the prepayment is refunded or credited, as you prefer.
• Ongoing engagements can end at the close of any paid month, unless the service agreement sets a notice period.

6. Billing questions

Raise any question about an invoice within 30 days of its date at [email protected]. Please contact us before starting a payment dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved directly within a few days.
