1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of malanka.us, operated by Malanka LLC. By using the site you accept them. Paid services are also governed by the service agreement or accepted invoice for that work, and by our Billing & Refunds policy.

2. Our services

We provide business-to-business link building and publisher outreach: guest posts, link insertions, custom outreach and content writing. We serve businesses only, not consumers.

3. Quotes and orders

Sending a form or an email does not create a contract; it asks us to contact you. Prices, timelines and scope are indicative until they are set out in an accepted invoice or a service agreement.

4. Your obligations

• Give accurate information about the website, URLs, anchors and any restrictions.
• Have the right to promote the website and any content you give us.
• Make sure the promoted website is lawful in your target markets.
• Reply to approvals within the agreed time, since publisher slots are time-sensitive.

5. Restricted industries

We do not provide services for online gambling, casinos or betting; adult content; cannabis or drugs; cryptocurrency or token sales; payday lending; weapons; or anything illegal in the client’s or the reader’s market. We may decline or stop any work that we reasonably believe falls into these categories.

6. No ranking guarantee

Search engines rank sites by their own rules, which we do not control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or business results. What we do guarantee — delivery and link longevity — is set out in the Billing & Refunds policy.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site belongs to us or is used with permission. Content we create for you passes to you on full payment, unless the service agreement says otherwise.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your project information, strategy and commercial terms confidential, except where needed to deliver the work or where the law requires disclosure.

9. Third-party sites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for them.

10. Use of the site

Do not scrape or crawl the site beyond normal search-engine indexing, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from these website terms will not exceed USD 100. Liability for paid services is limited as set out in the service agreement and, if none, to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or from websites or content you asked us to promote.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. The state and federal courts located in New Mexico have jurisdiction, unless a service agreement sets a different forum.

We post updated terms on this page; continued use of the site means you accept them.
